Corporate Event Packages
Live Illustration creates a unique experience that makes your event stand out. Guests or speakers leave with a personalised illustration they’ll keep, display, and return to — sparking memories and conversations long after the day.
I offer flexible packages that can be tailored to your specific needs. The below packages are designed to give you inspiration of the options but we can discuss your preferences to tailor a package to you.
Event Packages
Event packages offer you flexibility to leverage my illustration services at your event to the way that suits you best.
I will attend your event and based on your preferences I can focus on:

Capturing candid poses of your Key Note Speakers or performers in action, including the background setting.

Capturing other candid scenes of attendees and moments from the day that include key people and background settings.

A booth where I offer Posed Guest Portraits on a 1st come, 1st served basis.

A mixture of all options.
To ensure that the process is fast and non-disruptive to your speakers or guests, I will take pictures and work from those pictures during the event. Once I have my shots, I will set up and paint the illustrations live at the event. It is best for me to have a booth in a visible central area so that you and your guests can watch as the illustrations unfold. I can make the sketches available to collect before leaving or I can keep them and return them to your event organiser, for you to see and distribute as you wish.

Key Note Speakers or Candid Scenes
Guest Sketches Booth

£250 for 2 hrs - approximately 4 sketches of key note speakers or scenes.

£360 for 3 hrs - approximately 6 sketches of key note speakers or scenes.

£450 for 4Hrs - approximately 8 sketches of key note speakers or scenes.

£450 for 4Hrs - approximately 16 sketches
Or you can choose to have a mixture between the options, for example a 2hr booth and a 2hr Key Note package.
All Guest Package
If you would like to offer all your guests / attendees a souvenir illustration I offer an "All Guest Package". I will start the portraits on the day and complete the remainder at home in my studio. This can be priced according to your exact guest list, but for a rough estimation please see the below prices:
