COMMISSION PROCESS

HOW DO I CREATE THE UNIQUE DESIGN?

To get started I will ask you to provide details of your requirements, what artwork is needed, how will it be used and any deadlines.

I will ask for reference pictures of the specific subject matter and discuss with you colour palette preferences. I will also ask you to share any additional specifications that you have (if you want anything to be added / removed).

After this I will create a rough sketch with some suggested colour compositions. I will work with you to make refinements until you are happy with the draft.

HOW LONG WILL YOUR COMMISSION TAKE?

The time can vary significantly depending on the complexity, number of subjects, size of the piece and time for feedback and adjustments.   Therefore the timings can range from 1-3 months. Once the design and start date are aligned I will provide an estimate for the completion, and when I start the commission I provide a weekly up-date on the progress, so that you can enjoy the seeing the development of your artwork!

HOW DOES THE PAYMENT PROCESS WORK?

After initial briefing conversations, and I am clear on your requirements. I will draft a contract for you to review. If your satisfied and want to proceed, I will take 50%  the cost of the artwork up front.
Once the artwork is finished I will take the second half of the payment before providing the final artwork.
You can pay by bank transfer or I can create a unique payment link.

HOW MUCH DOES A COMMISSION COST?

The cost will vary dependant on your specific design but prices start at £230.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ARTWORK?

For physical paintings, where ever possible I will arrange an in person collection. However, if this is not possible, the painting will be securely packaged and sent with a reputable parcel delivery company.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

As this is a custom made product, that requires significant investment from myself, I cannot offer refunds on these products. I will be closely in touch with you throughout the process to ensure that you will be happy with the end result.
